Error message & close.

    Can someone help me out here? Not sure what to do...
    Every day for the past while now I've been getting an error message:
    'Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for any inconvenience.'
    Then it gives an option to send an error report or to close.
    Not sure how to get rid of this and it drives me crazy!
    Can anyone suggest something to get rid of this once and for all?!?

    Control Panel\Add Remove Programs, double click IE entry, a window comes up with option to Repair Internet Explorer, reboot when prompted.
    If files are missing or corrupt, you will be prompted to reinstall.
