I have not been able to defragment my computer. It just stays at 0%. How can I fix this without to much of a hassle?

Probably been so long since you defragged (if ever). :) Turn pc on and immediately begin tapping the F8 key (or hold down the Shift key). Select safe mode then run defrag. Depending on if and when you last defragged, it could take a long time. I knew a guy who began his one night and it ran all night and most of the next day. That's why it's necessary to do it "regularly ". ;)
