    Hi
wonder if anyone can help with this problem- my mom is using a HP model xg922 - she likes to use the program "HP my photo center "- here's the problem- she created a new folder with some pictures, she would like to move those pictures from that folder into a differant one that has some other pictures in that folder- but the ones that moved into that "new" folder all have a red circle above- to the side of the pictures - I have tried everything to get them to move with no luck- the pictures are labeled phb. what ever that means ? but the pictures themselves are in jpg format- I went to the hp center looking for help on this- I get so lost there, no easy way to find a solution there- least it isn't for me:mad:
thank you for any help !
    Debbie

What .phb is from Arcsoft PhotoBase program. Have you tried to open those photos in your photo program and then save them to the folder you want to place them in?

From the FAQ What's the red strike icon above my thumbnail?
If you see this icon, it means that the original file associated with the thumbnail is no longer in its original location. The file has been renamed, moved or deleted. You won't be able to access the file through the thumbnail since the thumbnail is, in effect, now a dead link. Remember that album thumbnails link to files; they don't store them.
