Does anybody use linux?

    I dusl-boot between red hat linux 8.0 and windows xp, just curious to see if there' any linux users here. I use both OSs, and when I started buggin the linux guys at www.linuxquestions.org/questions , they told me to come here, lol. To be honest I actually perfer linux, but I wish it was more supported like windows is. It's entirely different, you'll have to learn new command-line syntaxes, the way it works, etc ... windows doesn't even recognize the slave drive in my pc that is devoted to linux. I mean, it's doesn't even know it's there.

    Yea, I run it *a bit*. Since I have 3 Web servers running Linux, I have a system here at home with the same (software) config, so I can pre-test things before putting them in a 'production' environment.

    That means I'm not running Linux like a desktop system or Windows replacement.

    Hi, Orange ~

    Was the dual boot set up any different than it would be for 2 WinOSs?
