Windows Will Not load

Windows reuses to load. All works well until it starts to detect devices then it freezes. Version is 4.01 machine is 200mmx. This copy of windows will load fine on my old 133. I have tried all the sugestions in the help files but no go. On step by step it freezes after the mouse vxd but this apears not to be the problem because I did not load it and it still froze at the same point.. Help I hate windows.

 

I would remove the modem and sound card, then install windows.
