Any decent free web design software?

    Is there any decent free web design software? I have scoured the web looking for some, mostly ZD-Net. I'd like something as good as Dreamweaver and Simple as Front Page. Any Suggestions? Otherwise, I am going to school, which doesn't pay well. So I need something free or economical.

    I don't know if this is what you're looking for but Front Page Express is an option. I found out about it in this thread look at the third link that Abraxas posted.
