    Hi, Pappa ~

Go to 'Control Panel' > 'Sounds, Speech' and Audio Devices' > 'Sounds and Audio Devices' > 'Sounds' tab and in the 'Program Events' section is where you can add, remove, or change system or program sounds if they are listed.

    Hi, Pappa ~

You cannot selectively add programs you install to the OS programs events. Some are coded to integrate into the system events and others hold sound events controlled from within that particular app's GUI.
