When I try and start IE I get an error message that says IE has encountered an error and must close etc. No matter how I handle the "send error" option I can' tget it loaded. If I veiw the error it looks farly lengthy and the first two modules are RSVPSP.DLL and RAPILIB.DLL. I have not looked at the rest of the list. I have tried the repair from add/remove w/o luck. I can get a copy of IE I suppose from the MS site and burn it on CD from another machine I have in the house. Any suggestions PLEASE?

What do you mean w/o luck? What happens when you attempt to repair IE?
