    I have uninstalled Winamp 3 and now when I try to play some files such as midi files, I am getting the message that Studio.exe cannot be found This program is needed for opening files 'Winamp Media type'.

    Is there a way to overcome this problem without having to reinstall Winamp 3 again. However, I installed Music Match and files such as mp3s are played well.

    Studio.exe is the main WinAmp executable. The file-associations still remain. Go to the Options/Preferences of your preferred player and look for a place to make that player the default for the file-types you want it to play.
