    Does anyone know how to disable the tourstart.exe from starting everytime windows boots. Cant find in msconfig or any ini file.

    I hate to ask this but here goes. Have you checked the startup folder? Start->All Programs->Startup I know dumb question. Download Startup Cop and run it. It will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about your startup sequence. Here is the link http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,4149,2173,00.asp

    Yep, sure did. Thats what I find strange. Cant find where that executable is being run from. Can find the exe but not sure why it keeps running and from where.

    I will look at the link you sent.

    Check the "run" section of your registry for that exe too.
