I downloaded directx 9 from Windows Update...(if I am in the wrong place, please redirect me...)

After it was installed I ran dxdiag...all the tests were successful, but in one there was a registry error, as follows:

    Registry: Errors found
    Key 'HKCR\CLSID\{92187326-72B4-11d0-A1AC-0000F8026977}\ProgID' is missing.

I am not proficient and I don't know what to do about this. Is this the fault of the MS download, or is it something that should have been in the registry to begin with?
What should I do about it? Not being very knowledgeable, I don't fool around in the registry when I don't know what I am doing.

    Any suggestions are appreciated...
    TIA

That key is the Game Controllers CPL Shell Extension Default Property Sheets.
    Reinstall joystick/game controller software/drivers.

Thanks, reboot...it is not a problem, then, as I do not have a joystick.
