'Add/Remove Programs' does not work!

    I've bought this computer not long ago. It's a Vicious Phantom. Made by Vicious PCs.

    Add/Remove Programs hasn't worked ever since I got my computer. When I click on the 'Add/Remove Programs' button, I get this Parser Message box that pops up saying [Value creation failed " at line 472]

    Does anyone know what is wrong and how I can fix this without reinstalling Windows XP? I really don't feel like doing that... :(

    Are you using a custom theme (in Desktop properties)? Try switching to the original Classic or Windows XP theme.
