I really hope someone can help me. Everythign was perfectly fine until I went and got the lates update (yesterday) from Microsoft.

Up until then, I could just turn my computer on and it would fire up without me having to "Log-On ". Now, my computer seems to go to sleep, or into some other mode (I'm not sure which) and I have to re-Lo-on again every time it does this.

Is there any way I can stop it doing htis? I checked in the Power options but it still say "Always Off" and Never, Never, Never. Just the way I set it up.

    Thanks for any help.

    Getting Rid of re-Log-On

Well, after asking for help on this I looked around for awhile and I found the problem.

It seems that when I did that last "update" it either added a feature, or turned one on.

In the Screen Saver menu, theres a box that says, "On Resume, Display Welcome Screen ". I hadn't noticed this before but unchecked it and all is well once again.

I thought I'd post my solution here anyway in case other folks end up with this same problem in future.

    Regards everyone

    Griz.
