i am so confussed

    i need help

    i cant get my computer to allow me to see an image preview when i click on a file without opening it.

    i have win98se and internet explorer 6

    all i have been able to find is this:

    and none of that helped :(

    does anyone know anything else that might help, please

    I'll ask the obvious, when you open my computer, view, does "web page" have a checkmark?

    yes, that is how i know for a fact that it is in webpage viewing and not tricking me like my recycling bin does. it likes to say its full when its empty.

    any ideas what i did to mess this up

    8 hours ago that feature worked, now it does not

    only difference, i had to reinstall some bits from win98se. then i love my previewing abillities
