Very Large Letters and Icons on websites

Can someone help me? All of the suddden I am getting VERY large writing and LARGE Icons on websites...For example on E-Bay the writing is huge....what do I do?

I gotta' ask.....

Tried IE menu toolbar>view>text size.....and set it for a smaller text size

 

Or if you are using a scroll mouse that can change the size of text and icons. Hold down the Ctrl key and turn the wheel--forward makes it smaller- back makes it larger.

I did just get a new wireless mouse, and did as you said, hold down the control key, and waaaaalllla....Gees, how stupid does this make one feel? I had tried everything and could not get it to change...
