    Hi, Thrower ~

If you want others to burn, they will need to start the program as an administrator:
    • 'Windows Explorer' > click the program executable file that you want to open
    • Press 'Shift' and hold > right-click the program icon > click 'Run as...'
    • Put the radio button on 'The following user:'
    • In 'User name:' and 'Password' type the Admin account name and password that you want to use

If access to the CD-ROM has not been prohibited by policy, then you can either install a separate copy of the burning program in the user's account, or, if there already, alter the executive permissions on the program to allow everyone full control.

What exactly is preventing you from burning and what messages do you receive? Has a group policy been established? Home or Pro? Are you referring to XP's burning software or a third-party application?

Some burning programs ask during installation whether it is to be used by just the installer or everyone. Did yours have that option?
