    Hi:
Just wondering, where should I go to add/remove from the list of programs that get auto loaded when XP boots up? Somehow it's escaped me.

    Thanks.

    Hi

Hope this jogs your memory ( same happens to me ! )

Start - Run - msconfig - you should find your start up menu there ( I hope )

    if I am wrong

Thanks miniB, that should do. I'm surprised it's hidden in some custom command.

also if you want to you can download the BootVis.exe from Microsofts download site. this is a tool to show you what processes and drivers are taking up so much time in the boot sequence:)
