uninstall imaging

    How do I do when I uninstall seperate windows program in win 2000. E.g Imaging

    Control Panel, add/remove programs, windows components.

    Well

    Not in win2000. you can´t remove Imaging in add/remove

    I think if you just rename/delete the
    c:\program files\windowsNT\accessories\imagevue\kodakimg.exe
    you will pretty much take care of that particular item.

    Might be safest to just rename the exe to something else and see if it causes any problems. I doubt it but easier to fix if it does.

    Nice catch unixfan.

    I got a little dumb when looking at this post and checked the sysoc.inf on my XP box and didn't see the thing at all so sorta assumed it wasn't there. But I forgot I don't have that particular accessory loaded. :eek:

    But after you posted, I checked a couple of 2K systems and sure enough, is there and is set to hide.
