Where the **** is my address bar ?

My crazy brother has been hooking up a 2.4 Ghz cordless router & has been messing a lot with my computer & now, the bar that shows what address I'm at is gone.

I can get a address bar to come up, but all of my other buttons go away when I enable that address bar. The address bar that I am looking for is suppose to be one bar lower than what I am getting.

I have about pulled my hair out trying to correct this problem & still haven't found what's wrong.

Can anyone please help me out & get my address bar back to the right place & where I will have all of my buttons at the same time such as my STOP, REFRESH, HOME, SEARCH, FAVORITES, MEDIA, HISTORY, MAIL, PRINT, EDIT, MONEYSIDE, & MESSANGER buttons.

I have already clicked on everything under view & all I can come up with is an address bar taking the place of all of my buttons.

I had a similar problem some time ago. A relatives kid got in here and absolutely abused this thing. The only reason he's still alive is the geograghical distance between him and me. Spank your brother's knuckles with a ruler.
