Getting this error when trying to print from Outlook Express 6:

    Internet Explorer Script Error
    Line 237
    Char 2
    Error Permission Denied
    Code 0
    url:res:\\c:\windows\system\shdoclc.dll\preview.dlg

    Using I.E. 6 sp1 and o.e. 6. Windows ME.

Can print using word processor no problem. Articles on M.S. web site really dont make much sense.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Have you done a scan with Adaware Or though this list to see if any are applicable?

Very interesting links. Client I'm sure does not have adaware installed. Unfortuantely a little hard to explain to her through email how to use the program. Shes somewhat afraid of the computer. Guess might have to make a house call. Also trying the disable scripting option in i.e. as well as will try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer. One site I went to had the exact error to the letter and they said was the printer. Stuff to try.

    Thanks for you input.
