Spell Check utility

Does anyone know of a good Spell Check utility (popup?) that can be used with any Application you may be running. It's a pain to have to open up Word or an Outlook message to spcheck something you may be typing outside these apps.

I had one from a company called next Generation Inc but they went defunct. Also it only works with certain applications.

Another program is Spell Everywhere which can be
downloaded from there; it's an older version of
this program but it worked well, I remember.

I saw the first one on a site but thought it was strictly for edit boxes, but it works perfectly.
