I have win98se and Outlook Express 6, and I.E. 6. If I try to send a page by clicking "Mail ", and then "Send Page" nothing happens. Same thing happens when I click on "Send a link ". I can click on "Read Mail" and Outlook Express will open but the other options don't work. I tried reinstalling IE6 sp1, I tried repairing IE 6. Neither corrects this problem.

Have you looked in IE, tools, options, programs, and confirm OE is your default mail handler?

    Hi

" "Although I did have Mozilla but deleted it" "
Deleted and uninstalled are two different things
    what did you do ?
Might-not hurt to do this offline with all IE's closed...
control panel, Internet options, programs tab are there other mail services listed
    besides OE ?
if so change click the apply button and OK --go back and set OE as Email service again .
    apply and OK again.

You could also try using on that same page the
    [reset web settings] button
and is there a check next to [X] Internet explorer should etc etc etc ? put one there if not

Its strange my default mail is set to my isp's service --the mail icon
on IE's tool-bar with open it but file send page or link will not
No biggie because id rather just copy and paste a link or page into any mail program.(for Me)
If OE is default there is a big delay 30 seconds or so..

    Good luck
    Lonny
