    Hi,
Kindly advise how to backup the contents of Inbox and Sent folders to a different location (another hard drive or a CD-ROM). Thank you.

    kjabal,

I backup my entire profile, not just the Inbox and Sent folders. Here is what I do. First, I create a new folder somewhere on your drive (I prefer it on a different partition or drive). I have my folder named Netscape Backup.

I then copy my active User folder and paste to the new folder. My User folder is found in Program Files/Netscape/Users. I do this once a week to make sure that I have a current backup of my profile. On future backups, I just overwrite the current files.

    Hope that helps!

    Mike
