Outlook Express 6--Not available as a choice in IE6 mail program settings

...that's basically it: there's no choice for OutLook Express as a mail program. There's only OUTLOOK. How do I associate Outlook Express as a mail program when the choice isn't there?

I dont remember seeing this one

Close all IE's(just to be safe) , control panel , internet options , programs tab, deselect OUTLOOK, then use the
[reset web settings] button
Ok you're way out
open an IE and check is oe there now ?
