Recovery of deleted files?

    I have two teenage daughters and would like to monitor their surfing activities better. They tend to always delete the temp internet files and history when they quit. Is there a way to restore these files (they are not deleted to the recycle bin) or somehow place a lock on the folders to not allow deletion of the files? Just curious.

    Resoration of my fils (from CD) after hard drive crush created a lot of double files.
    Is there a way to fix the mess?
