From the File Menu in Outlook (2000), Open > Other User's Folder

I have a huge list of people whose calendars and in-boxes I have access to, however, there are also people listed that I no longer need. I'm trying to figure out how to remove them from the list to shorten it, but I don't know how.

Tried the help files, but can't figure out exactly what to search under.

    Thanks!

I will assume your using MS Exchange.

Take a look in the Control Panel, double click the Mail icon. I think you'll find the answer in there, click on Show Profiles.

I'm not sure where you're going with the Control Panel/Mail issue. I couldn't find anything relevant to my problem there.

You're right, I was trying to simulate the same conditions and when I first set it up it showed the additional users I had added in the Show Profiles box.

I just looked again and they are gone, I can still access them but the list is gone.

After a quick look at the MS Knowledge Base it looks like the answer is in the registry and I can't help there, sorry!:(
