Missing file: mscoree.dll

    Scanning with Norton shows that there is a file missing: "mscoree.dll ". All my methods of recovery have failed and my PC crashes when I try some downloads (eg the latest Netscape update).
    Where can I get this file?
    Any help would be appredciated

    A Google search for "mscoree.dll" indicates that you can download that file here.
