Hey, are you sure you really WANT to open that email? Doesn't sound like it's from someone you know, is it? Maybe it's corrupt, or a virus or an ad to enlarge some body part? If you know who it's from, ask them to send it again. If you don't have a clue about it, delete it and forget it!

    Cheers from Ohio

incredimail application has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.

and the rest is the usual microsoft error report stuff, of which i have sent 15 20 times and had no reply from microsoft?

not to precise on info about error, unlike the old win 98 error messages that used to have to much info :)

i see there are not to many replies on this one, must be a tough cookie :D

as ever any help apreciated :)

    P.S. Johanna
each time i right or left click on it windows xp pro error report comes up... usually after this error report the application is rendered useles till started up again, only to find the same procedure happens again and again :)

So that I understand the problem, it isn't so much that you want to open or read the message, but rather you can't left or right click on it because everytime you do you get an XP error report, and if you can't select it with either mouse button that you can't delete it. Is this correct?

I had a very similar problem happen using netscape mail. In order to delete the message I had to click on the message directly above the error causing message, hold down the shift key and then click on the message directly below the message causing the error (this will highlight all three) and then delete. You can then go to your delete folder and move the two messages that you didn't want to delete back to your inbox. Then you can empty your delete folder of the offensive message.

    Hope this helps!:)
