PC Software changes

    Looking for a way to get a snap shot of a freshly setup PC on the Software and or hardware, but mainly software so that if there is an issue with the PC you can tell which software changes were made which may have caused the problem. Thanks much!! for your time.

    Single PC or a group of them?

    And do you just want the initial snap or something that you can update regularly as changes are made?
