Can Not Access Hotmail

Hi everyone. So glad I found this site. I hope someone can help. I have had a hotmail account since I got a computer (not that long ago), and had the program AD-Aware installed. Well, I did not know much what I was doing. I deleted everything that showed up on it when it scanned. Now that HOTMAIL goes through netpassport I cannot get in , I keep getting Cookies disabled, but they are not. I knew enough of where to check that out. I think I deleted something I was not supposed to with the Ad-Aware, but I have deleted it from my computer now. Is there somewhere to go to restore whatever I deleted to get back in to hotmail. Really new at this. Please be gentle.

 

How are you attempting to get to hotmail? via www.hotmail.com
Or are you using another mail program, ie Outlook express? What version of IE are you running? I dont think anything that Adaware finds will affect accessing Hotmail.

 

I've been having problems over the past couple of days getting into hotmail--sometimes I can login sometimes I can't, so this may just be a temporary problem.

Whether or which, I don't think it is a problem with Ad Aware
