i have tryed to format and restore my system using the windows restore disks that came with my computer. however when formating, it only reached 94% and didnt really format anything, and when i was trying to restore the files, there were a lot of errors saying: "The following file could not be created c:\windows... ". All in all, nothing was restored to its orgional state.

what should i do??? is this a problem with the disks, or my comp?
