Fatal Exception ?

    Hi
    Can someone help me here?

    When I shut down my Computer I keep getting this message....

    "A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028: C0005137 in VDX VMM (01) +00004137 "

    This does not happen every time, but quite often.
