How can I make copies of my email foldes? For example I use yahoo which I assume is a .DBX file. I have tried this format in find files and folders but it did'nt show specific folders in yahoo. I also tries thei format " Yahoo.*DBX " was not detailed enough to find a specific folder.

For example I want to copy the wintips dbx folder in Yahoo. What is the correct format to access specific files with an email program.

If you're using Yahoo.com mail. That is web based mail. Unless you are accessing Yahoo.com with a separate mail program that downloads mail to your computer, nothing in Yahoo mail is ever left on your computer.

Do you mean because it is a web based email program that my folders are not stored on my hard drive but on some virtual drive controlled by yahoo. I have made separate folders within my yahoo email account that I want to backup and download to a floppy disk. Most contain the registration numbers for softward purchased over the internet. Prehaps my question wasnt clear enough.

Your question was clear enough. You'll have to do one of four things to save them.
    1. Print them.
    2. Open each one, then File\Save As to save directly to floppy.
    3. Open each one, then dig around your Temp IE files and copy to floppy.
    4. Open each one, Copy and Paste the registration info into a text file.
My vote would be for No. 4.
