File open dialog is very slow

    We recently installed a number of Windows 2000 systems on our network. On some of the systems when the "file open dialog" is opened and you select the "Look In" drop down menu it can take 30-60 seconds to get a response back. For something like wordpad it is only slow on the initial opening once you have started it. Other systems are fine, any clue on what I need to setup?
