    Hi All,
Got a quick question, I was trying to reinstall Win2k over itself today to cure a problem, but forgot to check 'I want to choose partition during install' and now I've got another Win2k OS on one of my storage partitions!
What is the best way of removing this?
    - Knowing Win2k, it's probably altered some system files to my 1st OS as well!!
    thanks in advance, spotta

You can just delete the directories that were installed: winnt, program files, documents and settings. Then, you can edit the boot menu (C:\boot.ini) and remove the line referring to the unwanted install - and make sure to change the "default" back to your original w2k.
