weird problem!

ok, hello! ok i have this weird thing, my internet explorer doesnt show any pop up windows, they just come out white! i mean if i click on a like a new browser apears but its blank, so i have to always copy the link and paste it. do you know whats wrong and is there a solution for this? oh and just installed sbc yahoo dsl and the browser that comes with it also has the same problem, so please can someone help me!! [crying]

 

Try this.

Go to Start > Run and type each of these (wih OK after each, of course):

regsvr32 Urlmon.dll

regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll

regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll

regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll

regsvr32 Mshtml.dll

Restart IE.

 

THANKS!! it works now!! so what was the problem or why? a dll wasnt working or what?

 

I don't know how these dll's get unregistered. It may have something to do with installing other browsers. Possibly regcleaners.
