How is the logo in the top right corner of Internet Explorer changed. ISP's version of IE put their logo there. How to change to a Windows default logo??:)

To remove all "branding" from IE, like "Provided by AOL ", or specialized logos,

    Run:
    rundll32.exe iedkcs32.dll,Clear

    (The "C" must be capitalized.)

Abraxas--That takes care of the title bar, but does it also convert the Logo (Throbber) to the MS default?

I just tried it after changing the wallpaper, still and animated logos (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main) and it returned IE to default.

A good tool for managing the logos, title-bar, search, ActiveX, BHO's, etc. is the Browser Extension Manager.
