Files not found

Someone Please Help!!!!! I cannot seem to locate the WinZip files on my #$@&* computer. Every time I try to download pictures or certain files, I get this message: Unable to locate WinZip.exe! What is the problem and how do I fix it. I'm hoping it is just a BUI error and not a system error. I appreciate any input!!

I am guessing that your winzip program is not installed, or winzip.exe has been deleated or is corrupt.

I would reinstall it. You can find it at http://winzip.com/

After you install the program, you will then be able to "see" the zip files.

Robin, Thanks so much for your info. I have been pulling my hair out trying to think of how I could creatively use my computer for added funiture in my home. It was obviously not working well as its intended purpose. I am glad that I joined Windows.net newsletter. You have saved yet another computer from becoming a door stop!!!
