Large Window file ???

    My Window file is 445MB's. This seems to me to too large. Is there a way to check for unnecessary files???

    445meg reads like a SMALL/Compact windows install.

    OK Billybob
    Just wondering why my computer has been running so slow lately.
    Thought maybe there maybe junk accumlating on my HD causing the problem

    Maybe the reply I got from mflyn maybe the answer to the slowdown
    See STRANGE PROGRAM
    Will D/L the programs he suggested to see if that corrects the problem

    Yes. It will be in your best interests to follow Mikes' suggestion

    It is not really the space they take that is the problem. It is the actions of what is in the space that creates the problems.

    I had poblems yesterday. Ran SpyBot and it found MANY instances of GATOR. This is the first and only time I have seen it on my machine.

    How it got on here I do not know. But I sure will try to keep better track of where I go on the Internet.
