Missing Toolbar Shortcuts

    I need to replace the 3 icons to the right of the Start button on my toolbar. They are for 'IE', Outlook Express, and the Desktop.

    Right click on the toolbar, a menu will appear. Scroll to toolbars- scroll down and check quick launch.
