thunk32 connect failure

I tried to download the Turbo Lister program from ebay and received an error message: Thunk Connect 32 Failure! There was a prior error message: W95INF32.DLL Error 1904. Module C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\msxml3.dll failed to register. HRESULT-2147023782. Could someone please tell me what this means? Can I fix it? Help.

This type of error is usually the result of some type of installation failure. It could be your fault, based on many factors, or their fault. I get the feeling that this download and installation plus the use of this product afterwards may be problematic. Keeping in mind that a bbs usually reflect posters with problems as opposed those who have had no problems. The ratio is unknown, but perhaps a post on this board, filled with users of the application in question, will produce just the fix you need.
