I click on my Calypso email icon to see if it will dial up. It says it is dialing, but dials the wrong ISP #. How do I change this? Instead of clicking my ISP icon , I would like to just click my Calypso icon to start dialing. I have been to the help section. It tells me I need a TAPI. I than click: Mailbox/Properties/Online/offline/ connect using a modem/settings. This does not give me an option for which # to dial. I hope I get help

    Thanks jnr0407

Did you go to:- MailBox -> Properties -> Online/Offline -> Connect using a Modem, and complete all the settings there?

Also, try setting Calypso as the default mail and news client.

This is from Calypso Help program:

Calypso can dial into systems for the purposes of sending and receiving mail messages.
To create a dial-up account for Calypso, open the Online/Offline tab in Mailbox Properties and select Connect using a modem. Click the Settings button to specify the dial-up properties.
Use 'What's This?' Help to find out more about the individual check boxes.
For problems or questions about your dial-up connection, call your Internet service provider.

    Note

This option is unavailable unless you have Dial-Up Networking installed. To install it, open the Windows Control Panel. Click Add / Remove Programs then click the Windows Setup tab. Double-click Communications then click Dial-Up Networking.

    1. Set up a modem. For more information, refer to the Setting up a modem topic in your Windows documentation.
    2. Install a TAPI (Telephone Application Programming Interface) application. For configuration information, refer to the application's documentation.
