Have to hit the Del key when starting XP

    When booting up to XP the screen reads
    Copyright Intel
    Dell Dimension 4100
    BIOS Version A10
    Intel Pentium 3 1Ghz
    Legacy keyboard
    USB
    Fixed Disk
    ATAPI
    Press <Del> to Resume
    Also happens on restarts
    ?????

    Since all of this happens before any OS is loaded, it is a BIOS issue. Go into BIOS setup and see what you can find, in particular, a reference to pausing.
