I have a workstation in our domain that I cannot log onto with two different usernames...I can log on as administrator, but not as a generic user, that I have probably a dozen other computers logged on as. When I try, Nt just plays the start up music and goes right back to "Press Ctrl Alt Del to log on "?? Yes, I do have a default user profile and have tried copying contents of administrator into that folder and have deleted it and recreated it from scratch...any help out there?

I have verified that "everyone" has permissions on those folders...

    Thank you Unixfan

I apologize, I had read other posts (on a different board) which had spoken about the Everyone group permissions on the "profile" folder in Winnt....so I didn't fully read your post:(

Thank you again, I used method #3 on Microsofts support page for this problem and everything is working great!
