    Tools->Accounts

    If you don't have the info that goes there, you'll need to contact your ISP.

    See if this helps . It basically tells you where they are .

    Back Up Your E-Mail Accounts
    Start Outlook Express.
    On the Tools menu, click Accounts.
    On the Mail tab, click the mail account that you want to back up, and then click Export.
    In the Export Internet Account dialog box, click Save.

    NOTE: Be sure to export the e-mail account to the My Backup Files folder on the desktop. If you do not select this folder manually, Outlook Express may save the mail account to another folder by default. If that happens, you may have a difficult time locating this account when you want to restore it.
    Repeat steps 2 through 4 for each mail account that you want to export.
    In the Internet Accounts dialog box, click Close.

    many thanks

    Many thanks for all replies
    It seems that you have to export each account from Outlook Express, their is no other way to backup your accounts unlike the folders which you can do by copying the mbx files

    again many thanks
