I'm having trouble using the MS Fax program to send long distance faxes within Canada.

The problem is that the program will not let me dial "0" first. I've changed every setting and created new dialing rules, but there's always a "(+1)" as the first digit.

I'm also wanting to use a calling card, but I need to have the first number be a "0 ".

Windows Help suggests editing the Telephon.ini file with a "[CountryOverrides]" tag, but that's supposedly for Windows95.

I've also tried unchecking "Use dialing rules" and entered in "0,area code+number,,,,calling card number "... but it doesn't seem to like the string.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?
