Word View (no menus)

Help, again! I have somehow changed my view in Word to Full Page and cannot change it back to where I can see menus. Cannot move mouse to top of screen and access menus either. Best I can get is horizontal ruler.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Word. I have used VB to change to Print View. All to no avail.
I was advised to delete Normal.doc but I cannot do this. Get msg. that this is undeletable. Is there a way to do this, and, would it fix my problem.
Sure would appreciate any input.

 

Try Alt+V and select Normal. HTH
