    MY COMPUTER WAS SHUT DOWN IMPROPERLY. MESSAGE SAID RUNNING IN SAFE MODE TO CHANGE COLOR SETTINGS. I TRIED BUT THE WINDOW IS TOO BIG TO CLICK APPLY AND HITTING ENTER SHUTS MY COMPUTER DOWN BUT STILL DOESNT CHANGE COLOR OR PIXEL PLEASES HELP I CAN HARDLY SEE WHAT IM WRITING NOW.

    Try this keyboard method that has been known to work in cases like yours:

    Go to START > RUN and type:

    rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL desk.cpl,,3

    Press enter. (The command is case sensitive! Be exact and also include the spaces as shown)

    Then press the Tab key once
    Then press the right arrow key once
    Then press the "a" key.
    Press the "r" key
    Press the Tab key once
    Finally press Enter
