    Hello,
I work in a dental office using a Windows 2000-based scheduling program. Is there any way to activate the screensaver with the touch of a key?? We have a issue of privacy because patients can read the screens with patient names, info, etc. before the screensaver kicks in. We'd like to be able to activate it instantaneously with the touch of a button. We don't want to have to enter passwords each time, though.

    Thanks for your help!

I would suggest just create a shortcut on the desktop, in the quick launch toolbar on bottom so its one click to start the screen saver. Just have the shortcut point to the .scr file of the screen saver you want to use. In w2k they are located in %SystemRoot%\system32\ .
