When ever I want to print something from the internet I get this message
    Error
    Line 93
    Char 1
    Access denied
    Code 0
    URL res://c\\windows\systems32\shdoclc.d11/preview dlg

As I am practically a beginner with computers I haven't a clue what this means. When I went over to PCWorld they just said that it was a problem with windows xp, and would have to re-install it again. Please help me

In Internet Explorer, under Tools > Internet Options > Advanced, try unchecking the box "Enable third party browser extensions ".

Thanks for your reply. I have followed your suggestion, but still have the same problem. If you or anyone have any more suggestions I will be very grateful.

Make sure you close and re-open IE or reboot the computer. It is usually caused by third-party software or spyware, for example Surfairy.
